Saints Head Coach Sean Payton has tested positive for the China virus and will miss the Saints game vs the Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This is the second time that Payton has contracted COVID. In March of 2020 he is believed to be the first person in the NFL to get the infection.

With Payton out Defensive Coordinator Dennis Allen will assume the head coaching duties. Pete Carmichael, offensive coordinator, will call the plays.

This is not a surprise that China Virus cases are up across all sports. The NBA, NFL, and NHL all have close to 100% vaccination. However, the man sitting in the Oval Office, Joe Biden, has been FALSELY claiming that this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated. Well, he is dead wrong and more of the media needs to call him out. I personally have known people who are fully vaccinated and still came down with the China Virus.

COVID is here to stay, and we need to learn how to deal with it. The NBA and NFL are implementing more stringent COVID rules as cases increase. Cases are rising because this seems to be the COVID season just like Flu cases skyrocket this time of year.

I am pretty sure Sean Payton will be okay as he has had an infection in the past and has all of the jabs. We are not even sure he really had any symptoms. From what we understand he was at work when he found out. Without that test I am sure he would have went on about his day with little to no problems.
