1. This kind of craziness is why I had no problem leaving VA. This started YEARS ago, back when Obama was President.
   99% of the crimes were committed by black males under the age of 18, and a vast majority of them were in gangs. They would never be held or sent to court. If a white or Hispanic kid did the same crime as the black kid, they’d be held in custody.
